2 hectares/5 acres of established subtropical garden designed by Robin Booth.  The property has been in the Booth family since 1938 and has been awarded “Garden of National Significance” status by NZGT. The gardens are open to the public 7 days a week.

If you are interested in submitting work for the sculpture trail we recommend that if possible you come and visit Wharepuke to wander the gardens to get a feel for the place before you submit.

Art at Wharepuke is a purpose built gallery exhibiting International printmakers and other works of exceptional quality in other media.

 

Wharepuke Print Studio Kerikeri NZ

The Wharepuke Print Studio is run by Mark Graver. It is NZ’s first and only  dedicated non-toxic printmaking studio specialising in acrylic resist etching. Mark Graver runs courses from complete beginners to international professional development.  Courses for groups of 3 or more can be arranged to suit your own dates and times.

 

Kerikeri Accommodation at Wharepuke

There are 5 cottages nestled in the gardens used for tourists and artist residencies. The cottages are designed for 2 people but can accommodate up to  for short periods.
